About Us
Hello traveler,
Welcome to Letter from Somewhere.

Since I was little, I’ve carried a restlessness in my chest: this desire to see the world with my own eyes and feel it with my whole soul. I’ve always believed that traveling helps us to look at life — and at ourselves — with more kindness.
I grew up in a small town, at the center of everything and, at the same time, so far from everything. I would watch movies and imagine that one day I’d be there, walking those streets, hearing those languages, breathing different airs.
Traveling always seemed like a distant privilege. I could see my dreams, but I couldn’t touch them.
Until, at 22, I decided I would try.
I packed into a 23-kg suitcase not just my belongings, but also my dreams, hopes, and a zest for life that I couldn’t contain. I left my family 7,600 km away to discover the world — and that longing aches in my soul every single second.
But what would I be if I didn’t try? How could I not take the risk?
The truth is, I’m just beginning this journey.
I’m not a tour guide.
I’m not a professional photographer.
I’m just someone who loves discovering the new, who observes slowly, who feels everything intensely, who writes with an open heart.
I created this blog to share my walks — both real and imagined. To share what I learn, the places that surprise me, the things that make me smile, and the destinations that still hold a promise.
Here, you’ll find a little inspiration to follow your own path.
And maybe, someday, our stories will cross on some horizon.
Make yourself at home. Grab a coffee, explore the itineraries, read the letters, dream with me.
After all, the best journeys sometimes start like this: with a single word.
